Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 8+ years managing enterprise telephony systems.
• Expert-level Avaya platform knowledge with cloud/UCaaS experience.
• Experience in vendor management, contracts, and budgeting.
• Certifications preferred: Avaya ACIS/ACSS or similar.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Avaya telephony platform and evaluate cloud UCaaS options.
• Lead telecom team and manage moves, adds, changes, and disconnects.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and telecom budgets.
• Ensure security, compliance, and business continuity in telecom services.
• Coordinate with carriers for installations and billing accuracy.
