Job summary

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and a telecom team while aligning projects with business objectives and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, and ABA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 8+ years managing enterprise telephony systems.
• Expert-level Avaya telephony platform knowledge required.
• Experience with cloud/UCaaS platforms (Teams, Zoom, SIP, RingCentral).
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and telecommunications budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees provisioning, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications hardware, software, and services.
• Leads migration from legacy telephony to cloud or hybrid platforms with minimal disruption.
• Develops multi-year telecom roadmap aligned with firm objectives.
• Manages telecom vendor relationships and contracts; audits invoices for accuracy.
