Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Virtual Sales Representative to drive growth remotely. You will renew contracts, convert leads, and expand services through virtual engagement, leveraging digital channels and a white-glove approach to serve large strategic accounts.

The role partners with the Segment Fighting Team to push orders and optimize the full portfolio of Services products across business units. A self-motivated, consultative seller with strong communication will thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, business or communications.
• Minimum of 2 years customer-facing experience.
• Understanding of service sales and/or execution processes.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities remotely using calls, virtual meetings, social media, and digital platforms.
• Manage and grow identified accounts in your Fighting Team’s segment.
• Grow services revenue from the installed base by renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Convert inbound leads and support targeted campaigns with proactive outreach.
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Lead back-office processes for quotations and order entry.
• Collaborate across SAO Fighting Teams and Schneider Electric units.
• Build trusted customer relationships through consultative selling and virtual engagement.
