Schneider Electric is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to drive growth across services through remote engagement. You will work with your Fighting Team to grow orders, renewals, and upsell opportunities, delivering outcome-focused services to the largest accounts.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, cross-unit collaboration, and robust digital engagement via calls, video conferences, and emails. You will forecast, manage pipelines, and push opportunities to execution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited institution (preferred majors: engineering, business, communication).
• Minimum of 2 years of customer facing experience.
• Understanding of Service sales and/or execution processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Focus on learning, growth and improvement.
• Mindset for innovation and transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct sales activities remotely using calls, virtual meetings, social media, and digital platforms
• Manage, maintain and grow identified accounts in your Fighting Team’s segment.
• Grow services revenue from the installed base by identifying and pursuing renewal and upsell opportunities
• Convert inbound leads and support targeted sales and marketing campaigns with proactive outreach
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline information and reporting.
• Lead back-office processes for accounts including: quotations, order entry, etc.
• Collaborate across SAO Fighting Teams, Services competency domains and Schneider Electric business unit.
• Build trusted customer relationships through consultative selling and consistent virtual engagement
