Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to drive services growth from a remote work setup in the United States. You will engage customers via calls and digital channels, managing large, complex accounts and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver outcome‑focused service solutions.

You will grow revenue from installed base, pursue renewals, upsell opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts while partnering with your Fighting Team to close opportunities and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (preferred majors: engineering, business, communication).
• Minimum of 2 years of customer facing experience.
• Understanding of Service sales and/or execution processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Focus on learning, growth and improvement.
• Mindset for innovation and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities remotely using calls, virtual meetings, social media, and digital platforms.
• Manage, maintain and grow identified accounts in your Fighting Team’s segment.
• Grow services revenue from the installed base by identifying and pursuing renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Convert inbound leads and support targeted sales and marketing campaigns with proactive outreach.
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline information and reporting.
• Lead back-office processes for accounts including: quotations, order entry, etc.
• Collaborate across SAO Fighting Teams, Services competency domains and Schneider Electric business unit.
• Build trusted customer relationships through consultative selling and consistent virtual engagement
