Schneider Electric is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to drive services growth remotely from the US. You will engage via calls, video, and digital channels to renew contracts, upsell services, and convert leads into loyal customers.

The role collaborates with the SAO team to provide the full services portfolio to large, complex accounts. You’ll forecast, manage opportunities, and maintain trusted relationships through consultative selling and virtual engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or communication preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Understanding of service sales and/or execution processes.
• Strong communication skills and a learning mindset.

Responsabilités

• Conduct sales activities remotely using calls, virtual meetings, social media, and digital platforms.
• Manage, maintain and grow identified accounts in your Fighting Team's segment.
• Grow services revenue from the installed base by renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Convert inbound leads and support targeted sales and marketing campaigns with proactive outreach.
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline information and reporting.
• Lead back-office processes for accounts including quotations and order entry.
