Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to drive services growth remotely. You will renew contracts, expand the services portfolio across large, complex accounts, and convert leads through digital channels.

You will forecast, manage pipelines, and close renewals and upsell opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams, all within a flexible remote environment and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (preferred majors: engineering, business, communication).
• Minimum of 2 years of customer facing experience.
• Understanding of Service sales and/or execution processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Focus on learning, growth and improvement.
• Mindset for innovation and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities remotely using calls, virtual meetings, social media, and digital platforms.
• Manage, maintain and grow identified accounts in your Fighting Team’s segment.
• Grow services revenue from the installed base by renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Convert inbound leads and support targeted sales and marketing campaigns with proactive outreach.
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline information and reporting.
• Lead back-office processes for accounts including quotations and order entry.
• Collaborate across SAO Fighting Teams and Schneider Electric units.
• Build trusted customer relationships through consultative selling and virtual engagement.
