Job summary

D3 Search is seeking a ServiceNow Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications across the firm’s IT landscape in Los Angeles. The role requires hands-on scripting, UI development, and integration work using REST and SOAP in a large enterprise environment.

You will collaborate with IT teams, document solutions, mentor staff, and stay current with ServiceNow features and best practices. This is a remote role with near-office residency considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications in a large enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI development, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations (front-end and back-end).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ServiceNow, ensuring incidents are followed through to resolution.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Security, Networking, Systems, Applications, and Management teams to deliver cross-functional solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of development work, incidents, and resolutions for future reference and reporting.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and IT service management trends.
