Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, engineering, or administration experience.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications.
• Supporting ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or similar implementations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
