Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a remote role. The candidate must hold current ServiceNow certifications (CSA and CAD) and have 3–5+ years of hands-on experience building and configuring ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB modules. Strong scripting, integration, and security mindset are required.

You will work with enterprise stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions, supporting production environments with high availability and ongoing upgrades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, GlideRecord, Script Includes, and UI policies.
• Experience building and customizing ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
• Knowledge Management, Change Management, Incident and Problem Management experience.
• Experience with Service Portal and Employee Center; familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Banking industry knowledge; ability to support production environments with high availability.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build secure applications following least-privilege principles.
• Protect sensitive customer and financial data; follow secure coding practices.
• Support audit logging and compliance reporting; perform root-cause analysis.
