Job summary

Focused HR Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, driving automation and delivering IT services solutions across business functions.

The role requires 6+ years in ServiceNow development, strong scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and experience with ITSM/ITAM modules. Remote within Wisconsin with quarterly on-site Madison visits; CST hours; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Fluency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Glide scripting, and SQL.
• Proven ability to create ServiceNow Business Rules and UI Policies.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, CSM).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Design and configure ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM and other modules as needed.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
• Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to align solutions with goals.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Create and maintain documentation; support upgrades and new releases; provide end-user training.
