Responsibilities

• Lead at least a couple of ServiceNow implementations (ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM).
• Review requirements for accurate estimation and architecture solutions.
• Mentor team and share technical knowledge.
• Coordinate deployments, migrations, and integrations with third-party tools.
• Maintain ITIL-aligned delivery and conduct issue resolution.
