Formación

• Experience as Technical Lead delivering ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong ITIL process knowledge and architecture understanding.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into functional specs.
• Proven track record in ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM projects and lifecycle delivery.
• Expertise in deployments, migrations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Mentor teams and advocate best practices in ServiceNow environments.
• Certified: ServiceNow System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, ITIL Foundation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects across ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM.
• Review requirements, estimate efforts, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage risks, and report progress weekly.
• Mentor team members and share technical guidance.
• Ensure ITIL-aligned processes and track improvements.
