• Translate business requirements into configuration and write agile user stories.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on solutioning and project challenges.
• Share learnings across the BPC community and apply knowledge to engagements.
• Apply ServiceNow knowledge to deliver optimal customer workflows.
• Design efficient workflows using ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
• Draft user stories and train customers to create acceptance criteria and testing strategy.
• Contribute leading practices and provide expertise on the platform and workflows.
• Provide feedback to product development based on customer experience.
• Maintain skills and certifications on target workflows.
