Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Sales Driver (Service Sales) to grow the US service business remotely from Dallas, TX and other locations. You will connect customers with service solutions that deliver measurable value, acting as a trusted advisor to end customers while collaborating with OEMs, distributors, and service partners to expand service adoption.

You will help strengthen Danfoss' position as a lifecycle partner by creating value beyond the initial sale through service contracts and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience selling industrial services, aftermarket solutions, technical products, or other complex B2B offerings.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to drive contract sales, renewals, and long-term customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales opportunities across OEM, distributor, service partner, and end-customer channels to accelerate revenue growth.
• Develop lifecycle service solutions that improve uptime, reliability, and total cost of ownership.
• Build and manage a pipeline of service contracts, renewals, spare parts programs, and value-added service opportunities to increase recurring revenue.
• Partner with customers and channel partners to identify installed-base opportunities and expand service adoption.
• Collaborate with service operations and partner teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.
