Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions seeks an Application Engineer to support North America with air conditioning and refrigeration OEM sales. You will provide technical expertise on components, guide product selection, and coordinate with factories and account managers from a remote NA location.

You will travel regionally and internationally (~40%), deliver training, support customer applications, and help drive sales and innovation across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of HVAC/Refrigeration, Hydronics, Chillers experience.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (~40%).

Responsibilities

• Support regional and global sales strategies with KAMs.
• Deliver product trainings and participate in new product launches.
• Assist with technical, quality, and sales activities to meet objectives.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and installation guidance.
• Coordinate decisions with factories and internal experts.
• Support product selection, qualification, and field start-ups.
