Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Service Partner Account Manager to expand our US service partner network and ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery across regions. This remote role collaborates with OEMs, distributors, and service organizations to strengthen capabilities and support lifecycle parts growth.

You will report to the Head of Service Sales and help create a scalable service ecosystem enabling Danfoss to serve customers more effectively across a broad geographic region.

Qualifications

• Experience managing partner networks, service channels, distributors, or technical service organizations.
• Strong understanding of service delivery, aftermarket support, and lifecycle spare parts businesses.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop service partners across the United States to expand service coverage and improve customer support.
• Lead onboarding, training, certification, and capability assessments to build a highly qualified partner network.
• Establish and manage service agreements, performance expectations, and quality standards to drive consistent service delivery.
• Grow partner-driven service and lifecycle spare parts revenue by supporting business development and increasing partner utilization.
