Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Service Partner Account Manager to expand our service network across the United States in a fully remote role. You will identify, onboard, and manage service partners, ensuring high-quality support and lifecycle spare parts growth while aligning with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing partner networks, service channels, distributors, or technical service organizations.
• Strong understanding of service delivery, aftermarket support, and lifecycle spare parts businesses.
• Proven ability to build partner relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Experience leading onboarding, certification, training, or compliance programs for external partners.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop service partners across the United States to expand service coverage and improve customer support.
• Lead onboarding, training, certification, and capability assessments to build a highly qualified partner network.
• Establish and manage service agreements, performance expectations, and quality standards to drive consistent service delivery.
• Grow partner-driven service and lifecycle spare parts revenue by supporting business development and increasing partner utilization.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to align resources, support customer needs, and ensure successful execution.
