Job summary

Danfoss Drives seeks a results-driven HVAC solutions sales professional in the United States. You will drive growth across your territory by expanding our HVAC distribution footprint, engaging consulting engineers, contractors, distributors, OEMs and end users, and positioning Danfoss as a trusted advisor.

You will influence project specifications, demonstrate energy-saving benefits, and manage opportunities using CRM while traveling up to 50% domestically, with international travel possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in customer-facing technical sales within HVAC, building automation, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and applications (pumps, fans, chillers, air handling units, BEMS).
• Experience with CRM platforms, opportunity management, forecasting, and account planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through strategic account development and new customer acquisition.
• Build relationships with consulting engineers, distributors, channel partners, and end users.
• Promote and specify Danfoss Drives solutions for HVAC applications.
• Influence project specifications by demonstrating technical and energy-saving benefits.
• Develop territory plans, manage opportunities, and support training programs.
