Job summary

Danfoss GmbH is seeking a Service Partner Account Manager in a remote role to expand the service network across the United States. You will identify and onboard service partners, set performance standards, and collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and service organizations to raise lifecycle spare parts revenue and deliver consistent service.

Reporting to the Head of Service Sales, you will help create a scalable service ecosystem nationwide, enabling Danfoss to serve customers more effectively

Qualifications

• Experience managing partner networks, service channels, distributors, or technical service organizations.
• Strong understanding of service delivery, aftermarket support, and lifecycle spare parts businesses.
• Ability to build partner relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage performance expectations.
• Experience leading onboarding, certification, training, or compliance programs for external partners.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop service partners across the United States to expand service coverage and improve customer support.
• Lead onboarding, training, certification, and capability assessments to build a highly qualified partner network.
• Establish and manage service agreements, performance expectations, and quality standards to drive consistent service delivery.
• Grow partner-driven service and lifecycle spare parts revenue by supporting business development and increasing partner utilization.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to align resources, support customer needs, and ensure successful execution.
