Job summary

Hamilton by Gunnebo is seeking a Service Coordinator to receive, coordinate and track service calls for US and Canada. The role includes data entry in Sage 100, invoicing in portals, and coordinating with service providers to ensure contract compliance.

The position offers a hybrid work model with remote days after training and occasional shifted hours including a late Friday close. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to follow verbal and written instructions with strong customer service focus.
• Coordinate service requests from emails and calls for US and Canada per contract requirements.
• Provide proactive support through communication, product knowledge, and problem solving.
• Communicate service requests to Service Providers and monitor for timely completion.
• Follow up with providers to ensure timely ticket closure.

Responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate support calls and data entry into Sage systems.
• Dispatch service calls for US and Canada and manage related portals.
• Generate and upload invoices into portals and support logistics activities.
