Hamilton by Gunnebo seeks a Service Coordinator to manage support calls for the US and Canada, enter data in Sage software, and dispatch service calls. The role includes coordinating requests, generating invoices, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm or 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with training completion leading to potential telework 1–2 days/week and one weekly 11:30 am–8:00 pm shift from home, plus a rotating Friday close.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience multitasking and proactive follow up.
• Data entry accuracy preferred.
• Consistent work history and good attendance.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Receive and coordinate support calls for US and Canada.
• Enter data into Sage systems and dispatch service calls.
• Generate and upload invoices in portals.
• Coordinate service requests and communicate with customers and providers.
• Follow up to ensure timely ticket completion and service delivery.
