Job summary

Hamilton by Gunnebo is seeking an entry-level Shipping Coordinator to assist the Shipping Lead and management by coordinating outbound duties and ensuring on-time shipments. The role involves completing Sage ERP data entry, scheduling carrier pickups, and maintaining proper paperwork.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and two years of factory experience in shipping/receiving, with strong English reading/writing, data entry skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Two years of factory-related experience in shipping/receiving.
• Ability to read/write English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping tasks in ERP and keep accurate records.
• Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate with customers.
• Ensure paperwork and inspections are complete and accurate.
• Maintain adequate shipping materials and reorder as needed.
• Operate forklifts and follow safety procedures.
• Support Lean/5S initiatives and Kaizen activities.
