Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel seeks a Service Coordinator to manage nationwide service and installation operations, drive customer satisfaction, and optimize scheduling. The role requires strong communication, scheduling proficiency, and experience with service/repair coordination.

You will work remotely, coordinating with Service Technicians and subcontractors, maintaining data in the CRM system, and supporting the Senior Services Manager daily.

Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC/Plumbing/Service Dispatching experience.
Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and customers.
Must be dependable and demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness.
Must possess the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to evolving circumstances.

Responsibilities

Manage daily service and installation schedules across the nation.
Create work orders for materials and tasks to be completed.
Maintain communication with managers and technicians; update CRM notes.
Upload service tickets and photos into Salesforce.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors when needed.
Take escalated customer calls and assist with resolution.
