Qualifications

• Two years of relevant service coordination and/or dispatch experience.
• High School diploma; some college preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service scheduling with the Service Manager and customers.
• Secure purchase orders and verify terms for service work; manage service orders in SAP.
• Track paperwork and expedite parts; manage vendor purchase orders.
• Update customers on order status and long lead times as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Losterliaise between the Service Manager, technicians and customers to optimize service delivery.
