Hamilton by Gunnebo is seeking a Service Coordinator to receive, coordinate and track service calls for US and Canada. The role includes data entry in Sage 100, invoicing in portals, and coordinating with service providers to ensure contract compliance.

The position offers a hybrid work model with remote days after training and occasional shifted hours including a late Friday close. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Service Coordinators will receive and coordinate support calls, enter data into Sage systems and dispatch service calls for the US and Canada, as well as manage portals for certain work orders. Service Coordinators generate invoices and upload invoices into portals. This role has a Monday through Friday schedule 8am-4:30pm OR 8:30am-5:00pm. After completing training requirements, the associate will have the opportunity to work from home one to two days per week. Associate must have availability to work one 11:30am - 8pm shift per week (from home) as well as an additional 11:30-8pm Friday close as Service Coordinators rotate Friday shifts throughout the month. The schedule is typically an 8.5-hour shift with a half hour lunch.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Good communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Coordinate service requests from incoming customer emails and phone calls for US and Canada. Ensure all customer details are entered in the service request per contract requirements.
• Provide proactive support to all external and internal customers through effective communication, product knowledge, and problem solving.
• Communicate service request to assigned Service Providers, monitoring as required to ensure services are performed per customer contract.
• Follow-up with US Service Providers to ensure timely ticket completion.
• Generate BOLs, support freight claims and other service-related logistics activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow company safety and housekeeping requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of Office 365 and Outlook.
