Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience designing and implementing workforce enablement strategies.
• 8+ years of team management across complex projects.
• 5-7 years presenting to senior client stakeholders.
• Proven ability leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep expertise in learning experience design and adoption strategies.
• Experience owning consultative sales, proposals, and resource planning.
• Prosci certification or enterprise change experience preferred.
• Experience advising C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and executives.
• Lead development of enterprise-scale learning and adoption strategies.
