Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with senior client stakeholders and executives while advising on workforce capability and transformation strategies
• Lead development of enterprise-scale learning, enablement, and adoption strategies aligned to business transformation objectives
• Shape complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable client impact while defining engagement models and project approaches
• Own end-to-end elements of consultative sales including vision, proposals, staffing models, and delivery strategy
• Coach and mentor managers and consultants, fostering high-performing teams and advancing practice culture
• Act as thought leader in workforce transformation trends, converting engagement insights into reusable frameworks and methodologies
