You will partner with practice areas such as Software Delivery, Product Development, and Design to craft solutions and grow EPAM’s business. This senior role requires executive collaboration and a proven track record.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large, multi-year transformation programs.
• 15+ years in consulting or combined with industry experience.
• 10+ years delivering technology-driven transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-vendor transformation programs to time and budget.
• Drive business development and demand generation for major programs.
• Present to senior client leaders and collaborate with EPAM delivery leads.
• Shape go-to-market value propositions and client offerings.
• Support sales activities with solution design and proposals.
