This market-facing role emphasizes senior-level engagement, strategic transformation, and a consultative sales approach. The role focuses on building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with alliance teams to close complex deals and deliver value through digital transformation, data and AI, and

Qualifications

• Self-starter who can quickly learn in a matrixed organization and bring EPAM's capabilities to deliver strategic value to clients.
• Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business in large organizations using a consultative, multi-discipline approach.
• Established network and senior executive contacts in Consumer Goods, Retail, and Travel industries.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships at Director, VP, and C-suite levels.
• Deep understanding of technology trends and how to drive change with cloud, AI, analytics, and digital transformation.

Responsabilités

• Identify and bring in net-new logos in Consumer Goods, Retail, and Travel sectors.
• Procure, process, and close net-new accounts to grow EPAM's footprint.
• Build pipelines and pursue plans to win enterprise business.
• Position EPAM as a trusted partner to senior decision-makers.
• Collaborate with EPAM alliance teams to win business and run pursuits.
• Coordinate and refine RFP/RFI responses and proposals.
