Qualifications

• 15+ years designing and implementing workforce enablement strategies with proven impact.
• 8+ years managing diverse,跨-functional teams on complex programs.
• 5-7 years presenting strategic ideas to senior client stakeholders.
• Experience owning consultative sales, proposals, and staffing for enterprise engagements.
• Prosci certification or enterprise change experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with senior client executives and stakeholders.
• Lead development of enterprise-scale learning, enablement, and adoption strategies.
• Shape cross-functional initiatives with measurable client impact and defined engagement models.
• Own end-to-end consultative sales elements including vision, proposals, staffing models, and delivery strategy.
• Coach and mentor managers and consultants to foster high-performing teams.
• Act as thought leader in workforce transformation trends and reusable methodologies.
