Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Workforce Experience Consulting Manager to lead complex client engagements that transform workforce capability through integrated learning, enablement, and adoption strategies. You will drive multidisciplinary teams from discovery through launch while building trusted client relationships and guiding organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting experience in workforce enablement, learning experience, adoption, or transformation initiatives.
• 4+ years managing project teams or workstreams including coaching, feedback, and performance management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success leading client-facing discovery, strategy, and end-to-end delivery for complex learning initiatives.
• Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, change enablement, and performance consulting methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with digital learning platforms such as Articulate 360, Microsoft 365, LMS platforms, or Adobe tools.
• Strong business writing, executive storytelling, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.
• Prosci or CCMP certification preferred along with experience in AI-enabled workflows and adoption strategies.
