CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to partner with HR and IT to support Workday Talent Management and related talent technologies.

You will gather requirements, help define scope, configure changes, test activities, and provide production support. Working with HR leaders, Product Owners, and technical teams, you will optimize HR processes, develop reporting, and drive continuous improvement to maximize HR technology value while upholding governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
• 4+ years building Workday solutions (calculated fields, Business Processes).
• 3+ years delivering tracking tools such as Jira.
• 3+ years working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and assist with system enhancements.
• Evaluate Workday and other technologies to offer solutions meeting business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality through workflow optimization.
• Support configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology platforms, including Workday Talent Management.
• Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration changes in Jira with stakeholders.
