Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to support HR technology with a focus on Workday Talent Management.

You will partner with HR leaders, Product Owners, and IT to define business requirements, configure system changes, test, and provide production support while driving continuous improvement. The role emphasizes technical and functional expertise to optimize HR technology investments, improve data quality, and maximize system usability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management product area.
• 4+ years' experience calculated fields, Business Processes and building solutions in Workday.
• 4+ years' experience with strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs.
• 3+ years' experience problem solving, solutioning, and decision-making skills.
• 3+ years' experience delivering tracking tools such as Jira.
• 3+ years' experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and support solution development.
• Understand business needs and evaluate Workday and other technologies to offer meeting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality through workflow optimization and automation.
• Support configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR tech platforms including Workday TM.
• Gather and document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration changes in Jira.
• Configure and maintain HR system settings and processes under governance to support HR policies.
• Participate in system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for workforce insights and metrics.
• Investigate system issues and collaborate to resolve and improve systems.
• Create and maintain system documentation including SOPs and process flows.
• Manage work across initiatives, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Share knowledge and provide peer support within the team.
