Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
• 4+ years’ experience with calculated fields, Business Processes and building Workday solutions.
• 3+ years’ experience delivering projects and programs.
• 3+ years’ experience delivering Jira tracking tools.
• 3+ years’ experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and assist with solution development.
• Evaluate Workday and other technologies to offer solutions meeting business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality through workflow optimization.
• Configure and maintain HR technology systems including Workday Talent Management.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration changes in Jira with stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain HR technology system settings and processes under governance/auditing guidelines.
• Participate in system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing and release management.
• Develop reports, dashboards and analytics providing workforce insights and operational metrics.
• Investigate system issues and support continuous system improvement.
• Create and maintain system documentation and process flows.
• Manage multiple initiatives with priorities and deadlines.
• Share knowledge and provide peer support in team discussions.
