Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to partner with HR and IT, delivering value through Workday Talent Management and related tools. You will shape requirements, configure systems, test changes, and provide production support to maximize HR technology investments.

You will collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, and IT partners to optimize HR processes, create analytics, and improve data quality and user experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance
• 4+ years: calculated fields and Business Processes in Workday
• 4+ years: strategic planning, delivery and support of projects
• 3+ years: problem solving, solutioning and decision‑making
• 3+ years: Jira tracking tools experience
• 3+ years: collaborative, team‑oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with HR, Product Owners and IT to support solution development and implementation.
• Evaluate Workday and related tech with research and testing to meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality.
• Configure, administer, maintain and optimize HR technology platforms incl. Workday TM.
• Document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria in Jira with stakeholders.
