Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to partner with HR and IT to deliver, optimize, and support Workday Talent Management solutions.

The role focuses on analysis, configuration, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement to maximize HR technology value. You will work with HR leaders, Product Owners, and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, implement system changes, and develop analytics and dashboards that drive workforce

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
• At least 4+ years building Workday business processes and calculated fields.
• 4+ years delivering and supporting projects and programs.
• 3+ years solving problems and making decisions in fast‑paced settings.
• 3+ years delivering tracking tools and reports (e.g., Jira).
• 3+ years working in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with HR leaders, Product Owners, and IT teams for system enhancements.
• Research and evaluate Workday and related technologies to meet business needs.
