The role involves collaboration across HR and IT, reporting and analytics development, system configuration, testing, and governance adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
• 4+ years building Workday calculated fields, business processes & solutions.
• 3+ years with Jira for tracking and project management.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with HR and IT to define solutions.
• Configure Workday Talent Management and related modules.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR leadership.
• Support system testing, deployments, and issue resolution.
• Maintain system documentation and governance adherence.
• Manage multiple initiatives with deadlines and attention to detail.
