Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to partner with HR, Product Owners and IT. You will analyze business needs, define requirements, configure Workday Talent Management, and support continuous improvement across HR tech investments.

You will collaborate on reporting, analytics, and system enhancements, while aligning with governance standards and best practices. This role offers full-time remote with quarterly onsite meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
• 4+ years building Workday solutions including calculated fields and business processes.
• 3+ years delivering projects and programs with strategic planning.
• 3+ years solving problems and making decisions.
• 3+ years using Jira for tracking work.
• 3+ years working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Product Owners, and IT to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Assess Workday and other technologies to meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through workflow optimization and automation.
• Support configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR tech including Workday TM.
• Document requirements, stories, acceptance criteria, and config changes in Jira.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for workforce insights.
• Assist in system implementations, testing, and release management.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous system improvement.
