You will partner with HR leaders, Product Owners, and IT teams to deliver, enhance, and support Workday Talent Management and related talent technologies. The role focuses on gathering requirements, defining scope, configuring changes, testing, production support, and continuous improvement, while improving efficiency, data quality, and user experience across HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management.
• 4+ years building Workday calculated fields and business processes.
• 4+ years delivering strategic planning for projects.
• 3+ years problem solving, solutioning and decision-making.
• 3+ years delivering Jira tracking tools.
• 3+ years working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Evaluate Workday and related technologies to offer solutions meeting business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes via workflow optimization and automation.
• Configure and maintain HR technology platforms including Workday Talent Management.
• Gather and document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration changes in Jira.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing and release management.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for workforce insights.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous system improvement.
• Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
• Manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Share knowledge and contribute to team discussions.
