Stride, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist experienced with Workday payroll to manage end-to-end biweekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt staff in a remote capacity. You will reconcile periods, review prorations, and ensure accurate deductions and tax withholdings while adhering to SOX controls.

The role requires strong ticketing workflow management and excellent service to employees. Qualified candidates will have at least five years of payroll experience, including three years in Workday,

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of payroll experience including
• Three (3) years of Workday payroll experience or equivalent
• Ability to clear required background check
• Proficient in payroll taxes and withholdings across states

Responsabilités

• Prepare end-to-end payroll (biweekly) for exempt/non-exempt staff
• Reconcile payroll periods and adjust prorated wages
• Ensure accurate tax withholdings and local tax rules
• Maintain payroll records to SOX compliance
• Address employee payroll inquiries within SLA using ticketing system
• Stay current on payroll legislation and notices
