Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for exempt/non-exempt staff using Workday and OSV, across multiple states.

This remote role requires 5+ years of payroll experience including Workday, familiarity with tax withholdings and W-2 processing, and the ability to navigate SOX controls. Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience including Workday payroll.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing and tax withholdings.
• Ability to clear required background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process biweekly payroll using Workday and OSV.
• Reconcile payroll across periods and verify prorations.
• Ensure accurate tax withholdings and reciprocity rules.
• Resolve payroll issues with minimal supervision and respond to inquiries within SLA.
