Stride, Inc. is seeking a payroll professional to manage end-to-end processing for exempt and non-exempt staff in a remote role. You will handle biweekly payroll using Workday and OSV, reconcile periods, and ensure accurate tax withholdings and deductions.

The position requires a strong SOX compliance mindset, attention to detail, and ability to respond to employee inquiries via ticketing systems, with a focus on timely resolution and service level targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing and end-to-end payroll responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Workday payroll and related retros processing.
• Experience with SOX-compliant payroll recordkeeping.

Responsabilités

• Independently prepare and process biweekly payroll for exempt/non-exempt employees across multiple states using Workday and OSV.
• Reconcile payroll from period to period and calculate prorated wages and deductions.
• Ensure accurate tax withholdings and local/state requirements; resolve payroll issues with minimal supervision.
