• Ensure tax withholdings are accurate and reciprocity rules are understood.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with SOX.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and tax adjustments.
• Respond to employee inquiries via ticketing system within SLA (24-48h).
• Stay current on payroll laws and benefits legislation.
• Manage tax notices with OSV and handle state/local registrations.
