You will reconcile periods, review prorations, and ensure accurate tax withholdings while addressing employee inquiries. The role requires 5+ years of payroll experience including Workday, with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and timely ticket-based support.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll.
• Workday payroll experience required (three+ years).
• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• Ability to clear required background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process biweekly payroll end-to-end for exempt/non-exempt employees across multiple states.
• Reconcile payroll from period to period and review prorated wages and deductions.
• Ensure accurate tax withholdings and reciprocal tax rules; handle tax notices with OSV.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with SOX and company policy.
• Resolve payroll issues quickly via the ticketing system and meet SLA guidelines.
