Job summary

Woodward is seeking a skilled professional to design, build, and deploy Workday integrations that support reliable HR and business processes. You will connect Workday with internal systems using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio, collaborating with HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/HRIS/Business or equivalent, plus Workday integration experience and relevant middleware tools such as Oxygen Editor, Postman,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT/CS/HRIS/Business.
• Workday Integration certification or Workday Pro Integration certification.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as Oxygen Editor, Postman, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, identity management, and vendor integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations that enable reliable processes and a positive member experience.
• Use Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, RaaS) to connect Workday with internal systems and external partners.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, Security, and vendor teams to understand needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Document integration requirements, data mappings, transformation logic, schedules, dependencies, and support procedures.
• Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, and minimize disruptions.
