Job summary

Woodward is seeking a skilled Workday integrations specialist to design, implement, and support reliable integrations across HR, payroll, benefits, and IT systems. You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.

A strong background in data transformation and API/web services is essential. Eligible candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field, Workday Integration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Workday Integration certification preferred.
Experience supporting Workday integrations in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations to enable reliable business processes.
Connect Workday with internal systems and external partners using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and vendors to translate needs into scalable solutions.
Document integration requirements, mappings, transformations, schedules, dependencies, and runbooks.
