Job summary

Woodward, Inc. is seeking a Workday integration specialist to design, build, test, and deploy integrations that support HR, payroll, benefits, and vendor processes across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance while supporting test activities and production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/HRIS/Business or equivalent experience.
• Workday Integration certification is required or preferred.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as Oxygen Editor, Postman, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services or similar tools.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, identity management, and vendor integration processes.
• Familiarity with IT service management, incident/change/release management practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations to enable reliable processes.
• Use Workday integration tools like EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, ROAS, and web services to connect Workday with systems.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, Security, and vendors to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Document integration requirements, data mappings, transformation logic, schedules, dependencies, and support procedures.
• Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and reduce disruptions.
• Support testing (unit, system integration, regression, UAT) for new or changed integrations.
• Maintain runbooks, change records, and audit evidence, aligning with governance and compliance.
