Job summary

Woodward, Inc. is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to design, build, and maintain integrations across HR systems. You will work with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and web services to connect Workday with internal systems and partners.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions, document data mappings, monitor production integrations, and support testing and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT, HRIS, or related field.
• Workday integration knowledge and experience with enterprise integrations.
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms and APIs.
• Ability to document design, data mappings, and process flows clearly.
• Understanding of HR, payroll, benefits integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations.
• Use Workday tools to connect Workday with internal systems and partners.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Document integration requirements, data mappings, and transformation logic.
• Monitor production integrations and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruption.
• Support testing and maintain integration runbooks and audit evidence.
• Evaluate Workday releases and plan impact with testing or updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and data quality.
