Job summary

Woodward is seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist to design, build, and maintain integrations that enable reliable HR processes and a positive member experience. You will work with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio to connect Workday with internal systems and external partners.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and knowledge of XML/SOAP/REST, with experience in enterprise environments. A Workday certification and hybrid work options are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/HRIS/Business or related field.
• Workday Integration certification or Workday Pro Integration certification.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations to enable reliable business processes.
• Use Workday tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, Workday Studio) to connect Workday with internal systems and partners.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and security teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Document integration requirements, data mappings, and transformations for sustainability.
• Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot issues, and minimize disruption for users.
